zune error

I have an 80gig zune and when it starwts it saids "to recover from an error zune must erase all content" i press ok and it rstarts and same problem
also when i conect it to pc says "device driver software was not successfully instaled" can some one help please

Press Back Center Left which will wipe the Zune. Reinstall the software to fix the problem. Let us know how you get on.
