Zune software not loading!

I have the Zune 120.

VERSION OF ZUNE SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE

The latest version.

OPERATING SYSTEM
======================
Windows XP.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
=======================
When I try to click on the Zune software it won't open, and it doesn't even open when I try to recharge or sync with my Zune 120. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I started having trouble with it yesterday when I went to recharge it. It does, however, recharge fine.

THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR

I was able to check and see if I had the latest Zune Software, and I do.

HAVE YOU SEARCHED ONLINE/ZUNEBOARDS TO FIND A SOLUTION?

Yes, I have searched Zuneboards, but was unable to find anything useful.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY ERROR MESSAGES?

No.

Does anyone know what could be wrong with it?

Try using UnZoone to remove the old installation and reinstall using the installer package from Zune.net | Download Zune software.

I have the same problem, but I have tried UnZoone a couple of times and it doesn't work
