Zune 3.0 Software and Album Art

I don't know what is going on, but my 3.0 blatantly refuses to display almost all album art, even when I add it manually. It simply shows the Zune logo. As such, 70% of the time the album art I add manually (which doesn't show up on the software) doesn't show up on the Zune (80g) itself either.

Additionally, the 3.0 firmware has a most annoying bug - if a song is within the last 10 or so seconds of its playtime, and one switches to another song by clicking on a new song (not skipping forward with a finger swipe) the entire Zune will freeze up, causing me to have to restart.

Has anyone got an idea as how to fix these obnoxious bugs?

Use UnZoone to remove the old Zune installation and reinstall using the install package from Zune.net | Zune.net Home. Also, to remove the bug, hopefully, you can try this: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/zun...microsoft.html

or you can right click and click "find album info" and when u find it then select it. that should work. sometimes when u try to add a picture yourself it dont work. like it doesnt for me either

Not sure, mine shows all album art, some was added manually, some the software found automatically, all 860 albums in my library have the correct album art displayed.

Well, I had no idea that this update was coming out today... thanks for those responses. We shall see if the problem is fixed with the new firm and soft updates!
