Zune not recognized by Software, driver problems

sigh nothing works, ive tried almost everything known to zune help, i cant get my zune to be recognized on the software and it keeps installing driverz but wont work, i cant downgrade to v2.5 with that link thats posted. nothing works!

i had a similar issue and it installed the zune after i installed windows media 11 runtime.. worth a shot anyway, apparently theres some drivers in that that are required i guess.
