here's an intresting problem...

bought myself a 120 today, installed the software, and i THINK the zune itself is installed. thats not my problem though, the zune software won't even start up! no matter how much i click the icon on my desktop all it does is give me the busy cursor for about a second and thats it. i tried the install on another PC and got the software to start, but cant get the damn thing to recognize the zune

Try restarting your Computer and then try. If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling. If that still doesn't help, call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE - 7 days a week 6-9pm PST...
