[SOLVED] Zune not recognized.

I have my zune as a Guest on my office PC and I had it as main on this PC, I just upgraded to Vista and when I plug my zune in, the Zune Software opens but no zune apparently is connected. WTF?!?!?! How can I get it connected again?

Please help.

Try resetting the device and/or the computer. To reset the Zune (you're content won't be affected) simlpy hold the back + up on the middle button for about 5 seconds. It should be detected then. If not, try calling customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week...

I found out what the problem was, be careful people, it's a really stupid issue. I have 2 users on my computer, both were logged in at the time, when I plugged my zune in it was being recognized by the other user, not mine, that's why I couldn't see it, when I logged in on the other account, there it was.

That's actually good to know, I'll have to ask other people with connection problems if they've done that.
