Default Find album info "not connecting to server"


I'm having problems connecting to the server. Basically, I'm wanting to find the album info, firstly it correctly searches for the available album info but then when I try selecting the album info and clicking next the text "Can't connect to server, please try again later appears".

I have done for the last couple of weeks but it's still not working. This process worked when I was using a different internet connection, but unfortunately isn't working on my current one. The internet seems pretty fast at all other times and never have any other trouble with it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

There may be a problem with your connection. Are you experiencing any other trouble like logging into your Zune Software, downloading, or MixView? If so, there may be an issue with your connection.

If not, you may want to call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE 6am-9pm PST 7 days a week.

Well, I don't reside in the US so can't access mixview/downloading etc. Could this be something to do with it? No other problems with the software at all.

Well, that may be the source of the problem...always the risk you take when trying to jack in...not that there's anything wrong with that
