Videos not syncing

I downloaded some FLVs and converted them to wmv so that the zune software would recognize them and do the rest. About 3% into the conversion, the syncing starts and finished immediatley and the video does not get added due to 'invalid or corrupt files'. How can I go about putting these FLVs onto my Zune?

Did you try making them MPEG-4's?
