Log in Help

Ok, so when I go to my log in screen on the Zune software it says "Zune is unable to log you in, please make sure you don't have any fire walls or blockers for the zune device" and I don't have anything blocking it! Please help me fix the problem.

Hrm...you may have internet connectivity issues. If this is not the case, call customer support 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week.
