My Graphic slider doesn't work

Whenever i try to change it, (its on the lowest) and i want to change it so i can see the new now playing. also i have upgraded my video card and i have also reinstalled the zune software. Its been doing this ever since 3.0 AND when i Reinstalled it rolled back to 2.5 and the graphics work fine on their i have no clue whats wrong!!!!

HELP!!!

I'm having this problem as well....amazed that it's gone 2+ months without a reply!

Any tips experts?
