"Updating song" sync problem

EVERY time I try to sync new songs onto my zune with the new 3.0 firmware it get this "updating song" crap and it goes through almost every song on my zune trying to "update" it. It takes a good 10 minutes to dump ONE ALBUM onto it. This new firmware SUCKS it freezes constantly and the new zune software that goes along with it SUCKS just as hard. I've never disliked using my zune, but now it's just a pain in the @ss cause it takes 20 minutes to dump anything onto it and it freezes it when I want to play it. SCREW THAT! FIX THIS CRAP!
