Songs being deleted...

Whenever I connect my zune to my computer and try to add new songs, it starts rapidly deleting all of my songs. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

you probably removed the music files from your designated sync folder, if you do, the file will be deleted the next time you sync

i transferred my music to an external hard drive to save computer space.. how do i prevent my zune from removing the music when i have it on my extrnal drive?
