Need help upgrading software..

This is the first problem I've had with my zune since I've gotten it in April, So I'm a little stuck, I hope someone can help me.

My Laptop recently crashed (It ran Windows Media Center 2005) & I switched to a desktop computer that runs Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3. I got the software to install, but it needs an update, so I went to update it to its latest upgrade, and when i try to install it, all that comes up is a window with the zune logo and that's ALL it does. & I don't know what else to do at this point. I've tried everything I can think of, so I'm hoping someone - Anyone can help me.

Im the same way, this is my first problem with zune since i got it almost 6 months ago, and I'm having the exact same problem... only im still on a latop running Windows Media Center Edition 2005 (still SP2 though).
Ive never reinstalled the zune software, or messed with anything...

I have been having this problem since i heard about 3.0 and i have been searching for a fix...
I have yet to find one anywhere on this vast interwebs, and i am hoping someone will help me.
