cant connect?

When I try to sign in on my zune software it says that it cant connect and to check firewalls and such

I dont have any firewalls blocking it and no proxyies I have a dsl connection with wireless router (but on desktop) so I have a connection. What should I try?

Does your wireless router have a firewall built into it? Most do and you may need to add an exception for the software in your allowed programs list on your routers firewall. Let me know I'll try to help you out.
