video problems

okay, so, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this. i've added some videos to my computer, and i went into settings and added the folder under the video option that i wanted zune to take the videos from. well, it won't add those videos. i'll save the settings and then go to videos a few minutes later, and all that's there are the sample videos.

can anyone help me out please?

does some error come up?

go to settings>software>file types - hitt the box at the bottom that says "select all" then try again

Suzie, just to make sure, what format are the videos in? Are they ones the Zune will recognize?

umm, i'm not sure if they are or not. they're in WMP format, but when i go to look at them, there's a little zune icon on the corner of them. does this have any meaning?

also, i don't know how to change the format of my videos to where zune will recognize them.
