Can't Log into Marketplace, Can't update Zune
So I was recently excited to see that Microsoft release a 3.0 version of Zune software and I downloaded it immediately.
After my software was installed (updated) I tried to log into the Marketplace and It won't let me. It also won't let me log in under my zune tag.
When I first plugged my zune into my computer i went to see if there was a zune update for the MP3 player itself, and it froze up saying that I need to be connected to the zune network to update my zune and now it freezes everytime i hook it up.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled like 10 times. I even deleted my zune registry entries and It does the same thing everytime....
I just want to hook up to zune online but i can't...
Is there anyone out there who has the knowledge to help me?
I even turned off my firewalls to see if they were blocking a driver... nothing...
I've hit a wall here..
