Default Using Zune in XP 64?

Any word on being able to use Zune on computers running XP 64?
Can't get the software installed... nor will it install Zune drivers fully to be able to try and use it with Media Player or anything else..

Are updates from Microsoft forthcoming? 3rd party solutions?
