Default Zune software is acting up

So yeah, my zune software updated itself and now it has this problem where every time I open it, I get this "Zune has encountered critical error" message, please go to the following website address and then it gets a "Send Windows Error Report?" Box, then shuts down. I can't click anything in the software, and the website link has no help. Any idea what might be going on?
