Default NO ZUNE CONNECTED PROBLEM


i downloaded the zune software and when i plug in the zune to my cmputer it does not detect it... not the comptuer and not the software.... so oviuslly i cant get any songs/videos/photos/etc. to my zune..

this is the first time i plug my zune in..

i tried all the offers zune.net offers... ive waited and waited.. and nothing..

the battery is charging so the USB works... but to software wont detect it..

i also uninstalled it with that unzoone things.. and reinstalled it.. still nothing...


any seggestions?

Try erasing the entire Zune, firmware and all. There's a combo, but it depends on whether or not you have a flash or HD(small or big, really) Zune, if memory serves.

Or just try replacing the drivers, I had this problem and this was the solution:

Exit the Zune software, and run this http://www.zuneboards.com/staff/Darren/Zune+Drivers.exe (WinRAR SFX File)

If that fails, uninstall with unzoone and reinstall with the full package.
