Hey Everyone,
I just recently discovered the joy of downloading free podcasts from the Zune marketplace. All is well and good until I found the Zune software refuses to play certain podcasts. For example, I downloaded the entire "series" for "Onion News Network" - a comical news series for those who don't know. Some podcasts in the series refuse to play in the Zune software - it goes to full screen as if it's going to start, but it stays at 0:00. *Edit* - it plays mp4s fine in my "Videos" collection. It can also play podcasts fine as well - but some of them randomly won't play, even after redownloading them. Just to make sure the podcasts weren't corrupt, I copied the mp4s to my brother's Mac which played them beautifully in QuickTime. The mp4 is fine, but Zune just won't play it. Anyone who can give me some tips please let me know. I've already tried cleaning my registry, redownloading the podcast, and re-associating mp4s with the Zune software. Oh, and need this even be said, tech support didn't have any answers :\ Note: If you want to try downloading the exact podcast I had troubles with: Series: Onion News Network (Marketplace -> Podcasts -> Entertainment -> News Humor) Podcast Name: "Today Now!: How to Pretend You Give a **** About The Election" 6/25 Last edited by sharky2k10 : 08-10-2008 at 08:09 PM.
