Dealing with my Zune not connecting to the Software or even my computer!!!

Hello everybody and thank you for viewing my thread. Ok, so you know what I'm dealing with and it is just getting on my nerves.

When I connect my Zune to the computer it connects and then after a short five seconds it disconnects. I wanted to sync some of my songs, but this just keeps on happening, it wont stop. I tried doing it wirelessly to see if it was going to work, but it didn't! So please, help me out on whats happening to connection.

P.S: It started doing this today when I downloaded this program that was a application from the game side. It was called "Flashlight", it's suppose to be something about making your Zune into a flashlight. I'm going to delete it from my computer, but I think that's what is causing the connecting and disconnecting.

Your game shouldn't affect syncing.

Try uninstalling your software with Remove-it.org > Tools > UnZoone
And then reinstalling.

Ok, I've downloaded the software to remove it and then i installed the Zune's software.

Now i'm scared of syncing my zune because the album art is messed up, and the music I deleted, which took me three weeks to delete the songs appeared all over again. I was thinking, if I were to connect my Zune to the computer, will it take that information rather than all the other information. What should I do...

It'll take the information from the Zune software, unfortunately.

Make sure you get your media library in order before you sync again. Also, you might want to back up the C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Application Data\Local Settings \Microsoft\Zune (XP) or C:\Users\andrew\yourusername\Local\Microsoft\Zune (Vista) directory once you get things straightened out.

So...I have to fix it again, all over. Man this is a sad day for me. How can I make the configuration permanent, and the reason why is because almost all my work that I did didn't even save the work that I did on it when syncing it to my Zune. For example: I merge a couple of songs individually together and sync it to my Zune, but when I look through the album their scattered previously!
