Please Help

My software crashes as soon as i click the icon to open it.i've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and updated my computer but it still dosn't work.
the error signature is:
Event type:clr20r3

Do you have .net framework 3?
Try downloading and running this:
Download details: .NET Framework 3.5

Try uninstalling the Zune software (possibly using Unzoone), then download the full Zune 2.5 installer and install it.

ok thnx it works but a message comes up every time i start it saying press ok to terminate the program or press cancel to run in debug

Do you get the message when you start the Zune installer, midway through the Zune installer, or when you try to start the Zune software after it has already been installed?

Also, does the Zune software work despite the error message, or does it crash when you get it?
