can't buy points PLEASE HELP

When I click on buy points after I am signed in to my zune software it goes to a screen and it has a "redeem code:" option selected but no buy points option. It looks like there should be more options to select but nothing comes up. I can't seem to find the buy points option anywhere? I just keep going in circles looking for a way to get or buy points.

Perhaps the System was down or something?

It's happened to me as well just try it at another time maybe?
