Slow syncing

When I sync video files to the Zune it takes a very long time. They are only 32 MB MP4s. Is there anyway to speed this up?

to ZB CatMastero!

It probably has to reconvert it before it syncs. You have to make sure you're setting are pretty much perfect or this will always happen.

If you have a Zune 30, MPEG 4 files aren't supported natively, so it has to convert. Also, all video you put on the Zune has to be encoded exactly correctly.
