cant figure this out, need help!

So i go to zune.net to personalize my profile and that works fine. Then i go into the zune software and put in my name and password and all that comes up is just my default oroginal profile.
How do I fix this?

Can you be a bit more descriptive please? Is your Zune Card not showing up correctly in the software?

what happens is I update my zune card @ zune.net, then I go into my zune player on my laptop and it dosent have the changes I made to the one online.

Try restarting the Zune software and see if it picks the changes up.
