Default software shows music deleted, but still shows in the zune

when im using the software to delete music, it shows in the software that its been deleted off the zune. but when i disconnect the zune and browse through music through the actual zune, some of the music that was supposed to have been deleted is STILL on the zune. how do i solve this problem?

You could clear all the content off your zune device, then resync the songs you would like to have on your zune.

Or
You could download and installZune HD Patch and open up My Computer, open the Zune Software, and on My Computer, go to Zune, go to Storage, go to Music and find the song or use seach to locate it and delete it from there and it should no longer show on your zune.

i installed the patch and i was able to delete the tracks. but now i have a new problem.

even though i deleted the tracks on the zune, the artist and album is STILL THERE on the actual zune! but when i go into the album, theres no tracks (confirming the track was indeed deleted). however, the artist and album listing still shows, just says theres "no items" when i go into it. can u help with this pls?
