a WMA is a WMA...right?

I just bought my zune today and downloaded the software, blah blah... BUT the software doesn't recognize the music that is on my computer (customer service told me to buy them through zune itself which i don't know want to do because i bought the zune with the understanding that all of my napster music and downloaded cds would transfer easily. (i have actually purchased all the tracks in napster and they are in fact saved in the folders that zune is monitoring and i did select for it to support all file types...including wma...which is what the tracks are. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME??? i hope you understand what my problem is with the device...

If your music is copyright protected, but not with DRM, you can not add them to your Zune. The Zune does not support PlaysForSure, for instance.
