Software said it synced when it didn't

So I download a youtube video and convert it to .wmv, then I connect my device and open zune software. This is my biggest issue with Zune Software, and I have this problem a lot. I can't find anything on it, so here it goes.

I went into device settings and for sync options, I have "let me choose". When I go to drag the video onto the zune icon to sync it, it says "0%, 9%, 25%, Sync Complete."

Now wasn't that a fast sync for a video! When I go to play it on the zune, as usual, it's not there! I drag/drop sync again, "Sync Complete" and it's not there!

How do I fix this? Nothing I do seems to fix it.

check "Recently added" or "Not added" and it will give you a specific error.

sounds like a corrupted/unsupported file to me...
I'd double check that the file type your trying to put on really is compatible, and if so, possibly check whether the downloaded file itself is corrupt or possibly try a different converter.

--> if you can play it on computer with zune software this probably isn't the problem...
--> if you can play downloaded file on your computer, the converter might still be corrupting it somehow, but the originally downloaded file should be fine...

Have you tried uninstalling with unzoone and reinstalling with the full package? Links in my signature.
