Can't buy songs from marketplace, C00D11CD

Well, I just used Jon's little 100 MS point promotion, and got some points on various accounts. So, i finally get em all, sign up for hte zune accounts, log in, go to buy a song, and I get this. "an unkown error occured, for more info click web help." the error code is C00D11CD... this sucks. Any ideas?

did your internet fail?
also, did you click for web help, sometimes those things can help!

Try restarting Zune and if that doesn't work restart the computer if I get that error I just restart it and it works

I'll try restarting the comp, but how would restarting the zune help? You don't need it for buying songs..

Anyway, uninstall with unzoone and reinstall with the full package.

I already recieved the points, they're on my account(100 points) it allows me to purchase, but then during processing it fails. And i don't really want to uninstall/reinstall being I have playlists set up, and such... dont' want to have to re-set up everything.

Keep in mind your parent's blocking thing could be preventing it.

That could actually be it...but I think that's pretty slim, since that really only affects browsers.

Well since the marketplace has to access the internet,
it could send a request and the firewall will ask for what and it will say: Buying stuff online. Therefore the firewall will block it. Do you know what protection you have? You can most likely go to the bottom right hand corner of your screen right click on the icon for you parental control software and say disable.

yeah i got that, but instead i had 1200 ms points. everytime i try and buy a song the web error pops up, i click on it, and they have no answer for it.

i am having the same problem... says its something with the proxy, or the file is already in use, ive tried it at home, and ive tried it at school neither works... It worked fine before the update so i have to belive its just microsoft marketplace is down. If you try to download it more then once it says restore it, so its not chargeing me points more then once, but it did take the points the first time... IDK what it is but its frustrating as hell!!!!!
