Default Software crashes when I try to view the Zune

I own a Zune 80 and recently whenever I go into the software and try to go view my Zune the software freezes and crashes with this error:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01: zune.exe
Problem Signature 02: 2.5.447.0
Problem Signature 03: 4817dd62
Problem Signature 04: ZuneDBApi
Problem Signature 05: 2.1.0.0
Problem Signature 06: 4817dcff
Problem Signature 07: 808
Problem Signature 08: b16
Problem Signature 09: PSZQOADHX1U5ZAHBHOHGHLDGIY4QIXHX
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

I can still add everything to my Zune so it's not a huge problem, but I can't see how much space is left on it or delete anything, this happened right after I installed my Dad's Zune 80 on my computer, are you not allowed to use multiple Zunes on one computer or something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

My specs just in case:
Zune 80
Windows Vista Ultimate x64
AMD Athlon X2 6400
4GIGS RAM
nVidia 8800GTS
Software version: 2.5.447

Welcome to ZuneBoards!

Yes, you can use multiple Zune's on the same computer. Try uninstalling with unzoone and reinstalling with the full package.

Do you live outside of the US, have Paypal, and want the Zune Pass? If so PM me.

Thanks a lot! That worked, oddly when I researched this I found thing saying use Unzune so whenever I googled that I would get French crap so I gave up. Thanks for your help. But now I can't sign in, it keeps telling me to accept the terms of service but I can't find where to do that.
