driver???

i tried downloading the zune software to my laptop and it said it couldnt because there was no driver disk thing....i have no clue what that is or what to do

help is REALY appretiated

Restart your system and then attempt to install the software.

Simply restart then reinstall a few times.

The software is installed though, correct?

If so, you can find the drivers here: http://www.zuneboards.com/staff/Darren/Zune+Drivers.exe

It is a simple extraction and will replace with clean drivers.

If you have not installed the software successfully, try the SZIP full package.
