Default Assistance needed with Zune software and VMWARE Fusion on a Mac!

Hello all.
I just got a Zune and I run a new iMac 2.6ghz/2GB RAM.
I have the latest VMWARE FUSION installed. I then downloaded the Zune software (which gave me a little trouble downloading saying it couldnt connect to internet then made me download the software from the Microsoft Help website.)
Anyway I finally goth the Zune software up and running but it is EXTREMELY sluggish, almost bordering on unusable. For example, when I right click an album cover to bring up the right click menu it takes literally a minute or more for the menu to show. Then after I actually finish with a menu it could take minutes for me to be able to click on anything, even just move the Zune software window to the other side of the screen.
As you can see its hard for me to use the software if it takes me 10 minutes to just edit an album art.
Any suggestions? Any ideas why the sluggishness or unresponsiveness with the Zune software? has anyone heard this with anyone else trying to run the software in a virtual machine on a Mac like VMWARE Fusion?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. id like to keep AND use my Zune but if it this unresponsive and sluggish...
Jason

Because you're using VMWare the most likely issue going on is that you need to disable "Video Enhancements" in the Zune software settings (under software/display I believe). This changes the program to using normal program parameters and usually speeds it up on virtual machines.
