multiple zunes on one computer

I have 2 zunes i can only get one zune to connect. what do i need to do??? masseyt

You can only connect one at a time. 2 cannot be plugged in at once.

no i mean that when the other one is plugged in the computer doesn't recognize it... i have a zune 8 gig and a zune 30 gig and the 30 gig won't work with the 8 gig software.. and the computer won't accept the 30 gig software when the other software is installed....
it won't install both software and they are both different

The newest software(2.5) will work for any Zune, and will update your firmware.

1. Uninstall with UnZoone.
2. Reinstall with the full package.

thankyou for the information, i used unzune and uninstalled my zune software and then installed the full package but it still won't recognize the zune 30 gig only the 8 gig one, both were working before i reformatted my computer and now the 30 gig won't work.....
