Some songs not recognised in Social

I recently got the "new" Hybrid album 'I Choose Sound' and have encountered a hell of a problem. When counting my plays, the social seems to pick it up as 2 seperate albums, one with an unrecognized artist, one with links to the actually Hybrid artist page.
For example, say my recent plays had each track on the album once, 3 of the tracks would show up on the play count for the band Hybrid, and would link to the artist page, the other 8 would be like an unrecognized song and show up on a completely seperate artist count.
Turns out this is also happening with my copy of Viva la Vida (coldplay) and a few other bands. Any idea what is wrong and how I can fix it?
