Default Messed up screen when installing software/cd

Hi, i'm helping my friend install her zune software into her computer but I run into problems. The cd loads good but like after the terms and agreement it should show I am guessing the marketplace screen but it is a complete mess you can read anything or make anything out of the screen. Any help out there? thanks

I'm having the same problem. I'd post a screencap but I just registered here and the forums won't let me post links or images.

EDIT: I fixed the problem with mine.

Follow these Steps

Exit the Zune software

1) Start->Run->regedit
2) Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Zune\GeneralS ettings
3) Right click and click New->DWORD Value. Name it ReevaluateVideoSettings
4) Right click again and create a new DWORD Value. Name it UseGDI.
5) Press enter, then right click it again and click Modify
6) Change the Value Data to 1. It should be hexadecimal by default.

Restart the zune software.
