Default Low Battery Warning?

Is there really no low battery warning with this player?
I've had my 80GB Zune for like a month now and had it run out of battery life like 4 times. It would be nice to have some type of warning instead of dying out when it looks like I have 1/3-1/4 of battery life left.

There isn't a warning.
Just don't drain it.

There is a warning. It says "Low Battery". You can't do anything but press a button to acknowledge the message.

^ I get the same message. When I get down to just a slim of battery life, or it turns red for that matter, I get the warning message "low battery" and you have to click "ok" to continue.

It must be nice. I don't get any message just the insta-shutdown when it looks like I have a 1/4 or so left.

please re-calibrate your battery meter on your zune.

1) drain your battery completely until the zune no longer respond
2) recharge your zune until the battery meter is green

Battery should go like this:
Green and full bar (when plugged in and fully charged)
White and full (almost fully charged, probably about 90% or higher)
then the meter goes down
Where there is a sliver of bar left, you should get a popup message "Low battery" then the whole battery meter turns red

This does not. I don't get any warnings or bars.

I will have to try this as well, I don't get a pop-up message either.
