Podcast troubles Zune 4/8

I apologize in advance for the lack of details but I am trying to help out a friend of my brother.

His friend (who he affectionately calls Zune Goon) Just got a Zune 8 and from the beginning he's had trouble. He keeps claiming that he was trying to be charged $30 for the software and he couldn't figure out how to get podcasts.

Anyways, on to the real issue. Zune Goon finally figured out how to use podcasts but after he puts a couple on there he is unable to add anymore. I tried to say that it [i]might[i] be the series settings for the podcast that tell it how to sync but that was very unlikely. He also says that his device is not near full so that shouldn't be an issue. It doesn't sound like he has any other problems with syncing music.

As far as I know he is using XP and has version 2.5 installed.

Anyone have any ideas about what might be the trouble?
