Default Software wont load(screenshot of error message)

I have been trying to load up my zune software all night and it just crashes whenever i try to open it. I have restarted, uninstalled with unzoone. reinstalled, restarted and uninstalled again. Every time it gives me the same error message. I am running windows xp. I installed and used the software on my computer fine before. Its the first time its happened tonight.

Heres a screen shot of the error message(the board wont allow me to post links or screenshots so please copy and paste)
