[SOLVED] converted videos reconverting

i'm getting issues where i spend 6 hours converting 2 seasons of scrubs (

) to .wmv and then go to sync it to the zune and the software comes up with something like this

and that takes foreeeever! just as long as it took to initially 'convert'...so whats wrong? switch converter?
