Tunebite Help Please

Have a Zune pass, downloaded lots of songs, went online and bought the Tunebite Platinum software. Does it really take almost ten hours to convert approx: 100 songs, becuase that is how long it took me. Have a brand new Dell PC loaded, with XP. Can't be pc. Also, I try to burn the cd's from inside the tunbite software and it tells me that I need to download a ceratin file/patch from Microsoft to use the cd burner in Tunebite, I did that and it still will not let me use the burner, keeps telling me to install the file/patch.
But when I click onto the file/patch on the desktop, it tells me that it is already installed. Also cannot use the organize MP3 part of Tunebite?
Is there anyway to get a manula or get in touch with tunebite, they sure will sell you their product, but I see no way to contact them?
