Video Problems

I just bought the new 80gb red one and when ever i put some videos on this the zune its saids its missing something. Do i need to change the setting or format of the videos they are in mpeg4.

try downloading a free video converter such as anyvideo converter which is simple. Another good one is called A- One video converter. i have the serial number for a- one here it is

save to a folder which you have zune monitoring so it will automaticaly show up in your video file. convert it into WMV or MP4..

Ps. the serial number should work but it may not, it could have expired or somthing.

Encode 360 converter works too.
