In the Profile page at Zune.net, there is "my recent plays" and the Zune Card. As usual, the Zune software will update the play counts automatically when I connect the Zune but it has stopped doing that for 5 days. It's a serious problem because I can't find any other way to get it updated.Guess I'll have to re-install the program. Any suggestion?

When I update the Zune the play count will change from 0 to 1 on unplayed songs but anything I've played before won't update. The software knows I played the song since it updates my Zune Card at Zune.net but the count doesn't change. This is only true when I play on the Zune and then synch. If I play through the software the date changes and the play count updates.
