Is this a common problem? I can't seem to get past it.

I'm using the most recent Zune software from the Zune website and every time I install it the software comes out skewed and doesn't work.

Sorry if this is in the right place, I just seem to be running out of options on what to do.

And apparently I can't post pictures until 5 posts or greater .. but I don't want to fill the forum with useless BS.

My guess is your graphics card is too weak. If you turned off the advance graphics, but without being able to see the buttons it may be hard to do...

Hmm, you could do it from the regedit side...
