Software Running Very Slow

I have an 80gb Zune and started having issues with the software. It runs great for about 2 minutes then slows down to where it seems to freeze. The computer's processor is at 100% and the sync will get stuck where ever it happens to be at when this occurs. I updated to the latest version of the software and it does the same thing. I let it run for 24 hours without the Zune plugged in as well to let it do whatever it was trying to do and the next day the pc was running at 100% cpu until I exited the zune software. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling with unzoone and reinstalling with the full package.

Well, is that it? Uninstall and reinstall? Then I will probably be right where I am now less a couple hours of my life. Is there any better program that will work with the Zune? Obviously, the Zune software is not ready for prime time unless you have a degree in computer science. I am very disappointed I payed so much money for a disfunctional device. Basically, it seems that Microsoft should just stick to operating systems and let the pros do the rest...
