Zune software cant see my Zune 30

I was using Zune software without big problems and couple days ago i tried to update it to version 2.5 (i think it was via windows update i Vista ultimate). What i saw was [ CANT PLAY unknow error c00D11CD ]. I unistalled everything, used Unzoone and Windows Install Clean Up. Than i dowloaded ZunePackage with 2.5v and installed. Same problem !!!! So i uninstalled everything and dowloaded old 2.3 version. Unpluged internet cable to prevent update and installed one mre time... Same fu problem. What is more i cant play music in Zune software and it dont see my new Zune. Windows saw and installed without any problem [windows is installing zune driver and i can see it in Device Menager] but Zune Software is always saying "plug in sync cable", simple dont see that is already pluged in. Sorry for my english im pissed off.

maybe your cable is jacked. if you don't think so, then try to do a hard reset on your Zune itself, it seems like you haven't done anything to that, just your computer.

If Hard Reset u think BACK+UP than YES i tried this maybe 5 times, nothing.

I'm having this exact same problem. 2.5 is pissing me off. I'm about to turn my back on the Zune unless I find a fix to this quick. I've tried everything.
