[SOLVED] HELP - Zune Software Blue Screen of Death

I am on the latest software and firmware for my 4GB Zune. When my Zune is connected and the Zune software is loaded and I click around the software I get a blue screen of death crash. Most of the time it is when I try to minimize the window. Sometimes it is when I am just clicking on the podcast category. The blue screen claims it is a memory parity error but NO OTHER APPLICATION on my system causes this error. I run dozens of other programs (I am a WPF .NET developer) with no problems. I ran extensive motherboard diagnostics (RAM check for over an hour) with no problems. So I do not believe it is a hardware (RAM) error.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Does Microsoft monitor this forum?

It turned out I had a bad RAM DIMM in my laptop. Interesting that the Zune SW was the only SW that would cause the parity error blue screen!

your OS is probably corrupted.... and don't try to double post. it can be OS, power supply failure, mobo starting to die, cpu problem, etc. for blue screen its a bit hard to tell.
