Default [SOLVED] Zune setup is stuck at "preparing your computer...99%"

What do I do? Does this have anything to do with my slow internet connecton? Or should I just wait a few more minutes? I've already tried canceling it and reinstalling it, and its done the same thing.

Have a friend with faster internet download unzoone and the full package, and put it on a CD for you. The full package does not require internet access.

What?! So that means that Microsoft is basically only letting you use their software if you have a highspeed connection? What are they, stupid? When will they learn?

No, I said the full package does not require internet of any kind. You just need a friend to download it for you.

is just that maybe your connection isn't fast enough to download it.. might take a bit longer to download.. best choice is to do what greg say... or maybe call microsoft to ask them to send you a copy of their software if its possible lol

Are there any further instructions that I need, or should I just go through the intallation process like I normally would?
