Album Art Question

Hello all. I have a question.

What's the best way to avoid/reduce compression artifacts created by the Zune software's image compression?

Get the exact same size album art that the Zune will use... which i'm guessing is 240x240px since that's the width it uses

or.. just get 200x200 or smaller... it should auto resize it for you.. but bigger than that size.. sometime it won't resize correctly.
