Zune won't sync

I've been trying to sync one video, but the sync icon at the bottom left of the screen keeps on staying at 0%. I tried restarting the software, computer, and uninstalling then reinstalling the software.

Oh, and when I view status (Device -> Status), it says 'Converting American Gangster'. The thing is though, it's already a .wmv. And the file isn't corrupted either. I can watch it on my computer fine.

try dragging it into zune software on your computer, then drag from the software into the zune icon? make sure u dont move the files.

It is in the process of converting it into an mp4 file. The problem is that it takes a long time for the zune software to do it.
