Default Syncing stays at 0%
When I try syncing the Zune, it stays at 0% and then says its completed syncing...

Whats the problem, and how do I fix it?

More than likely the songs already on the Zune.

Try seeing if it's already on the device itself, if not, reset the Zune & Software than sync again.
